Results depend on market conditions, offer strength, competition, and the client’s internal sales process.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain an operational sales process
- Respond to booked appointments in a timely manner
- Comply with applicable marketing and advertising laws
- Pay agreed fees on time
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact performance outcomes.
4. Fees & Payment
All service fees will be defined in a proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payments are due upfront each billing cycle
- Fees are non-refundable once services begin
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Chargebacks without prior written dispute resolution may result in immediate termination of services.
5. Term & Termination

Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due and active campaigns may be paused or discontinued.
6. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and data. NV Media retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell NV Media’s internal systems without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during engagement.
8. Third-Party Platforms
NV Media may use third-party tools and platforms including Email providers, CRM systems, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and automation software.
We are not responsible for platform policy changes, account suspensions, or external system failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NV Media shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or data loss.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to NV Media in the preceding 30 days.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold NV Media harmless from claims arising from false advertising claims, regulatory violations, misuse of marketing materials, or unlawful business practices.
11. Governing Law
